In 2002, she jumped into leather with both boots after meeting (and collaring) her slāv, Jody in San Francisco. Liza believes that service is fundamental to Mastery. Over her 24 years in leather, Liza has served on leadership and on staff for several community organizations and large leather conferences. She also served on the Board of MAsT International as Treasurer and then Deputy Director. Liza is a colors holder of Portland Bad Girls and belongs to the Exiles, LTHR and the PDX HERD.

Liza’s devoted slāv for 24 years, Jody (International slave 2011 & 2021) first satisfied her need for hierarchy in the USAF, then came out as a leatherdyke and slave in Los Angeles in 1980, founding Leather and Lace, an early leatherwomen’s group. A leather “theater-geek”, Jody produced “This is Leather” educating/entertaining 2000+ folks at the 1993 Christopher Street West Pride Festival, the Ms. San Francisco Leather contest with Liza from 2009-2017, and now expresses that love as Show Director for South Plains Leatherfest and stage manager for Leather Reign. She and Liza have produced the Master/slave Retreat annual since 2011. Jody has judged, keynoted, and taught extensively in the US and abroad on nurturing and sustaining deeply intimate (and fun!) hierarchical relationships, having been honored as MAsT International’s 2012 Presenter of the Year with Liza.  France
Sophie profile photo in blue hat outdoors

Sophie
(She/Her)

Sophie is 35, a middle school teacher, and identifies as a pansexual female Mistress (pronouns she/her). She presents for MSC Worldwide for the second time.

French native speaker, Sophie came to the M/s world through literature. She had been reading M/s novels for as long as she can remember, where she always fantasized on being the D-type characters even if most of them were male. This gender question led her to join the queer community where she became a consent activist, and to dip her toes in the BDSM world even though the play approach was not exactly what she truly wanted. She wanted “meaningful” relationships; not only “kinkyful”.

Three years ago, she discovered MAsT groups, attended MsC worldwide three times, and finally discovered a community where she truly belongs. That’s why she created a MAsT chapter in Paris with a few people having previous MAsT experience. Because of the lack of French M/s educational material, she had to create her own content, by reading books in English and discussing with other members. That’s how and why she currently delivers most of the classes of the MAsT chapter she is now president of. Sophie is one of the most active speakers within the French M/s community and that’s why she naturally proposed to teach in French once again for MsC Worlwide.

Sophie is currently owning a collared slave, Dan, who is also her life partner, the co-director of MAsT: Paris, and a former founding member of MAsT: Virginia Beach.

Master Phil

Master Phil
(He/Him/Sir)

My journey over two decades as both a 24/7 Master and slave has taken me across the world – from East Coast Australia to the West Coast of the USA, from South Africa to Finland – living this dynamic as part of everyday life, not just fantasy. I combine this lived experience with over a decade as an international executive coach to help others find their authentic Master or slave selves. My focus is on what M/s relationships are actually like – the reality, not the performance. After two years of research, I authored the book Light and Shadow, breaking down power exchange into 4 key parts that help people understand and deepen this powerful connection. I also host an award-winning podcast and blog at MasterSlaveLifestyle.com, and present on M/s dynamics at events worldwide.

Levi
(He/Him)

Levi stumbled into queer Leather community nearly 25 years ago, and immediately recognized it as “home”. Levi is deeply honored to belong to his Sir, Tomo, who permits him to serve as his Majordomo. For the past 18 years, he has had the privilege of offering his Sir loving service, grateful obedience and steadfast surrender.

Though a lifelong New Yorker, Levi currently lives in the East Bay of Northern California with his lover and boy, Marcos. Levi has been an educator and an organizer in the Leather community since 2002. He is currently the Majordomo for South Plains Leatherfest, and Western/International Battalion Commander for the D.U.C. Over the past two decades, Levi has “flagged left” for International Ms Leather/Ms Bootblack Weekend (winner of “Pantheon of Leather Award, Large Event of the Year 2007”), the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom, Play House Studios, Folsom Street Fair “The Playground”, Northwest Leather Celebration, and SF Queer Leather Happy Hour.

Outside of the dungeon, Levi serves as Director of Operations for a world-renowned center of Executive Education. But as a player, Levi is “the quiet one” who you might not guess to be a Bootblack, a switch, a smartass, and a shit-stirrer in all the right ways.

Master Edgar began his journey in the lifestyle in the late 1990s in the New Jersey metro area—back when finding community often meant scanning the personals in the back of magazines. With decades of lived experience, he brings both depth and humor to his leadership, teaching, and service. Alongside his devoted slave, raven poe, he leads MAsT: Clifton, hosts the MAsT Clifton Munch, and facilitates the MAsT Clifton Masters’ Meetup, building spaces grounded in mentorship, growth, and authentic connection. Together, Master Edgar and slave raven proudly held the titles of 2019 Northeast Master and slave, a year affectionately remembered as “the title year that would not end.” Both are graduates of MTTA, dedicated members of Master Taino’s Leather Family, and active staff and presenters for the Master/slave Conference (MsC). Their teaching and service have reached national audiences at events such as SPLF, SELF, TESFest, Kinky Con, Brimstone, Naughty Noel, The Master/slave Gathering, and numerous MAsT chapters across the country and online. Master Edgar’s leadership extends beyond the classroom—he is known for volunteering and ensuring the infrastructure of community events runs smoothly. When not teaching or organizing, he enjoys camping, preventing things from going “boom,” and keeping raven on her toes (much to her dismay).

slave raven Poe is the devoted slave of Sir Edgar A Poe. Together, they lead MAsT: Clifton and host the MAsT Clifton Munch, cultivating space for meaningful connection within the Master/slave community. slave raven proudly held the title of 2019 Northeast slave—also affectionately known as “the title year that would not end.” A cornerstone of her service is community support and advocacy; she is the founder of the Survivors Circle at the Master/slave Gathering, providing space for healing and empowerment. Q
Ms. Kelly Chance standing in her leather cap with slave boi Di kneeling beside her in a leather vest, both smiling

Ms. Kelly Chance & slave boi Di
(she/her & they/them)

Ms. Kelly Chance and her slave boiDi met for the first time in 2004 at an SWL meeting. At that time Ms. Kelly identified as a hetroflexible switch and slave to Master Duane. slave boiDi identified as leather dyke and service boi. Little did they know that their journeys would come together about 6 years later. Ms. Kelly evolved in her sexuality and her mastery under the mentorship of Master Duane, while slave boiDi’s journey was leading them to slavery. In 2010, Ms. Kelly bought a lap dance from boiDi at Bang for the Buck. When boiDI found out who had purchased them, they exclaimed, “I thought she was straight.” This lap dance brought two people from divergent worlds into an amazing Master/slave relationship. slave boiDi became part of Master Duane’s and Ms. Kelly’s leather family, along with Ms. Kelly’s property tiger, and Master Duane’s slave, Kari. When slave boiDi petitioned Ms. Kelly to become her slave 1 year into their relationship, their dynamic was M/s built on trust, vulnerability, intimacy, and erotic connection through BDSM. Ms. Kelly and slave boiDi have continued to grow their dynamic on these founding principles.

Both Ms. Kelly and her slave boiDi have served their community for many years. They have assumed leadership roles such as members of community boards, club Presidents, organizing parties, conferences and clubs in the Seattle area, and opening their homes for power exchange discussion groups. After co-founding Leather Reign 19 years ago, Ms. Kelly was executive producer for 4 years and slave boiDi, served as her left hand boi.

Together they are Northwest Master and slave 2017.

They have independently taught workshops in the United States and Western Canada.

Q
Sir Prussian Fyre and Slave Lucky Fyre

Sir Prussian Fyre & Slave Lucky Fyre
(He/Him & They/She/Fae)

Sir Prussian Fyre (He/Him) and his collared Slave, Lucky Fyre (they/she/it), live together in Houston, Texas. With nearly three decades of combined experience in the Leather, BDSM, and alternative lifestyle communities, they are your 2025 & 2026 Texas Master and slave titleholders—with a passion for authenticity, service, and growth within the M/s path.

Sir Prussian Fyre entered the scene in 2010 as the collared slave of Miz Lilly, and in 2020, topped over into Mastery. An artist, Sadist, hedonist, proud envelope-pusher and door kicker, he thrives on challenge, impact, and transformation. His passions include fire and blood, but his true power lies in the way he holds space with both strength and tenderness. A Leatherman, Army veteran, husband, father, and Primal Master, Prussian is dynamic, grounded, and deeply intentional.

Together, Prussian and Lucky co-founded Lion’s Lair Leather Club, a space dedicated to building an inclusive, intergenerational Leather community. They also host the Dynamic Empowerment Nexus (D.E.N.), a podcast and event series focused on real, raw conversations around Total Authority Exchange and Leather.

Through education, storytelling, and connection, they open their doors—and their hearts—to those walking or questioning the M/s path with intention. As educators, they teach edge play and authority exchange with deep respect for consent, safety, and personal truth. Their core philosophy—“The Mess in M/s”—goes far beyond a class title. It’s the way they live. It means showing up in the hard moments, owning imperfection, and modeling a path where grace and grit walk hand in hand. They believe that the most impactful leadership starts with vulnerability, and that messy, honest living creates space for others to breathe, grow, and belong.

Whether through a microphone, a dungeon, or a quiet one-on-one moment, Prussian and Lucky strive to serve with humility, humor, and heart. They proudly uplift the voices often left out— such as trans and Nonbinary, BIPOC voices, Bootblacks, volunteers, and a special soap box for “demo bottoms”. For them, Leather and M/s are not a look—they are a legacy. And they are honored to walk with scars, sparkles, and all.

slave Demir with slave Demir on his hands face down with Master Damascus standing behind him holding him up by the ankles, both smiling at the camera.

Master Damascus & slave Demir
(He/Him & He/Him)

Master Damascus and slave Demir have been on their leather journey together since 2014, when they first connected with the Daddy/boy community in Dallas, Texas. Since then, their dynamic has evolved into a deeply rooted Master/slave relationship. Together, they embody service, integrity, and joyful chaos.

They are the 2025 South West Master and slave. Both proud transgender men, they are committed to bridging the gap between the M/s and queer communities—bringing visibility, education, and authentic representation to the spaces they serve.

Damascus, a Marine Corps veteran, mental health advocate, and little, is known for his quiet strength, unwavering values, and deep compassion. Demir, a loyal and vibrant slave, brings joy, anticipation, and a healthy dose of puppy mischief to their dynamic. Their connection blends discipline, love, and laughter in a way that is both grounded and powerful.

They are members of MAsT Colorado Springs, Voodoo Leatherworks, the National Leather Association, and honorary members of Arlington Leather United. Together, they founded Haus Valhalla and created Leather and Lager, a monthly event at the Denver Eagle aimed at uniting the leather, kink, and M/s communities in an inclusive and welcoming space.

When not engaged in leather life, you’ll find them adventuring outdoors with their fur-kids, supporting fellow veterans and kinksters, or spending time with their “spawns.” Their journey is rooted in service, visibility, and the belief that growth and connection transcend identity, experience, and background.
